All items purchased during a sale are final sale.

Defective Items Policy

If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your item. We will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange as soon as the item is received. If we are not notified within the 15 day window, we will not be able to offer an exchange or refund.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At R&R Cozy we accept returns within 15 days of delivery of your order. For an item to be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed
  • Free of odor, stains, and pet hair

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse.
